A first class student of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka identified as Chukwuemeka Akachi has committed suicide after battling with depression. The first class student was said to have been battling mental health issues for a long time.

He left his suicide note on his Facebook page and consumed two poisonous substances.

According to a friend, this is the second time he would be attempting suicide.
