Says commission’s fact-finding report lacks sinceri

ABUJA – THE Nigerian Army has accused the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC of betrayal, following its report on the suspended Rivers governorship and State Assembly elections, regretting that the body it sacrificed so much to assist towards a very successful conduct of election turned its back against it.
